FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ON AMERICAN GYPSY HERBALIST?
All major forms of payment are accepted including Credit Card and Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Paypal and Venmo. We currently do not accept other methods of payment at this time.
2. HOW IS SHIPPING PROCESSED FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON AMERICAN GYPSY HERBALIST?
As soon as an order is received and verified we process shipping of the product. Currently, American Gypsy Herbalist only ships products within the continental United States using standard post shipping options. Please allow 7-12 days for a product to be delivered. In the case a product fails to deliver, please refer to our REFUND POLICY.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A PRODUCT TO SHIP?
Shipping takes approximately 7-12 days for a product to be delivered. We only ship products within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) at this time.
4. HOW DO I SELL PRODUCTS ON AMERICAN GYPSY HERBALIST?
We currently sell consignor and merchant products on our online store through our CREATE & CONSIGN program. We prefer to sell hand-made or hand-crafted products, organic products, and locally made products including jewelry, herbal products, essential oils, and herbal soaps. We also sell books and custom clothing featuring New Age, Esoteric, and similar designs and motifs.
With our CREATE AND CONSIGN program we will post your products for sell on our store, and write a custom product description for them as well. American Gypsy Herbalist will then promote those products across our brand channels including on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and our website!

5. HOW DO I WRITE FOR AMERICAN GYPSY HERBALIST?
American Gypsy Herbalist is constantly looking for content writers interested in sharing their passions of herbal medicine, astrology, tarot, and the esoteric with others!

American Gypsy Herbalist will only refund products within 10 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
